Overview

BB Living, a leading provider of single-family rental homes, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee the construction of our projects in the Boynton Beach, FL area.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction, including horizontal and vertical elements, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project managers, engineers, and construction teams to achieve project objectives and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans and schedules, communicating effectively with the project team to ensure project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, tracking costs within established constraints.
  • Quality and Safety: Foster a culture of adherence to quality and safety standards, identifying and mitigating risks, and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to the Director of Construction.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) relevant to the construction industry, or 5 years of experience in a construction leadership role for multiple projects.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects, with strong organizational, planning, and budget management skills.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrated experience in leading successful project teams, and proficiency in the utilization of Microsoft suite.
