  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with environmental management plans.
  • Monitor labor usage and material costs.
  • Enforce safety and health management protocols consistently.
  • Commit to promoting an Injury-Free Environment through personal actions and mentoring.
  • Report any incidents or safety violations to the safety team promptly.
  • Manage project timelines, preparing weekly short-term schedules and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Document daily project conditions, including weather, manpower, and progress through comprehensive reports.
  • Lead daily meetings with subcontractors to ensure alignment and address any issues.
  • Participate in client project meetings to discuss progress and concerns.
