Primary Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Evaluation:
    • Conduct preliminary screenings and comprehensive interviews to determine candidate suitability.
    • Quickly and effectively assess candidates during brief interactions to ensure alignment with job requirements.
    • Administer relevant assessments and evaluations.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to comprehend their staffing requirements.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with selected candidates.
    • Collaborate with clients to fulfill staffing needs, often with minimal notice.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.

    • Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with current candidate information.
  • Diversity Management:
    • Effectively engage with a multilingual workforce, including Spanish-speaking candidates.
