Primary Responsibilities:
- Candidate Evaluation:
- Conduct preliminary screenings and comprehensive interviews to determine candidate suitability.
- Quickly and effectively assess candidates during brief interactions to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Administer relevant assessments and evaluations.
- Client Engagement:
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to comprehend their staffing requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with selected candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to fulfill staffing needs, often with minimal notice.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with current candidate information.
- Diversity Management:
- Effectively engage with a multilingual workforce, including Spanish-speaking candidates.
- Facilitate clear communication and understanding across language barriers.
Qualifications:
