MMI Dining Systems is looking for a Chef/Production Manager for our account at University Tennessee Southern   If you have a passion for food and customer service and you believe in jumping in and working hands-on with team members, then this could be the job for you

The successful candidate will develop and monitor the culinary team maintaining the highest quality standards. As the Production Manager you will be an important part of the foodservice management team with responsibilities including menu development, ordering and inventory of food products, recipes, hiring, training and supervising of the kitchen staff. 

We are looking for a LEADER who can motivate a team, develop strong morale, be a positive role model and sustain exceptional levels of performance while promoting southern hospitality.  If you have a culinary degree (or equivalent work experience) please apply today.
