Banko Overhead Doors is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Cycle Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels in our warehouses. You will work with our warehouse team, under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, to maintain proper inventory levels and to ensure that shipments are accurate. The ideal candidate for this job has excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as well as a passion for keeping things in order.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
  • Audit inventory records and make necessary corrections
  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory records
  • Work closely with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Train new warehouse employees on inventory procedures
  • Continually improve inventory procedures and processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse inventory or cycle counting role at a facility over 15,000 square feet or 500+ skus
  • 3 years of warehouse experience
  • 3 years of clean driving record – travel to multiple warehouses will be required
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
