Job Description: We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing them with a positive experience from the moment they enter our dealership. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our products and services
  • Schedule appointments for sales, service, and other dealership activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the dealership

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of automotive terminology and dealership operations is a plus, but not required
