What You’ll Do

·       Turn down the bed, remove trash, tidy the room, clean the bathroom, remove used towels, straighten guest belongings, replenish ice, among other tasks

·       Conduct visual room inspection upon completion

·       Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with the hotel's green guidelines

·       Perform Room Attendant and other housekeeping services, as requested

·       Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

·       work alone or with a co-worker.

Qualifications

·       Previous hotel housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred

·       Strong attention to detail and customer service focus

·       Ability to spend long periods walking, standing, bending

·       Trustworthiness with accessing guest rooms required

·       Professionalism to work independently with minimal supervision

·       Reliability and availability for evening shifts

·       Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. and be able to climb stairs

·       Must be willing and able to interact with guests and co-workers and be able to speak/read/write English and communicate with guests to accommodate needs and requests

·       A great attitude is required with ability to work weekends/holidays
