Our headquarters is in beautiful Saint Petersburg, Florida. Our company has a well-established track record of customer service and product performance. We are experts in resin and composite materials manufacturing in quality, affordability, custom formulation and customer support.

At our foundation, Fiberglass Coatings manufactures raw materials for the composite industry. We own our vertical from sourcing, manufacturing, distribution and D2C. We are expanding our company through new product lines, new industries and international markets. Whether a customer is in the Marine, Woodworking, Construction, Corrosion, Aviation or any composite or resin based industry, we have a product for it – if we don’t, we’ll formulate and manufacture one, and that flexibility is one of the keys to our success

Summary


As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to expand our footprint into the industries and markets we serve by initiating relationships with new customers, building new sales, while effectively communicating and executing project deliverables. This position will work closely with the Ecommerce/Marketing/R&D team to execute any and all tasks given.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call hot, warm and cold aggregate lists and convert new customers by building relationships that address their pain points.
  • Build and fulfill client orders in the ERP system.
  • Respond to all client inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.
  • Prepare quotes within the ERP system and follow them up.
  • Assist with completing client sales orders and purchase order reports.
  • Maintain and update any call lists.
  • Expand your market reach to funnel new customers and build your customer list. Work with the Marketing team to help support your role.
  • Determine and coordinate all needs of the customer inquiries.
  • Manage shipping communication between vendors and clients.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and email inquiries.


Requirements:

Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
  • Experience working in a sales organization preferred.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and ERP’s.
  • Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated with organizational, time management and problem-solving skills and possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to submit error-free work in a timely manner.
