Overview:
We are looking for an in-house Inside Sales Representative for the New Brighton, MN location to join our Inside Sales team. This full time role will be working with internal and external customers for Johnson Screens each day. Utilizing SAP and Salesforce CRM’s to enter in opportunities, quotes and orders in the systems. Correspondence with Outside Sales and Inside Sales team members to coordinate entering in data in the CRM systems. Continual communication with external customers via phone and email to ensure the orders are always correct.
Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Representative you will:
- Answer customer calls and customer emails with relevant information to assist in moving the sales process along to the closed stage.
- Communicate with Outside Sales as much as possible regarding external customers.
- Participate in Inside Sales team meetings and 1:1 meetings with your manager.
- Consult with internal and external resources to understand the scope of the sales process – opportunities, quotes and orders for the external customers.
- Become an advanced expert in the use of SAP and Salesforce.
- Ensure external customer satisfaction and adhere to the Johnson Screens values at all times.
- Primary focus is on quality work as well as maintaining a positive attitude in all that you are doing each day.
- Communicate often with your manager with updates, questions and pertinent information.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least two years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a manufacturing industry or related field.
- A deep understanding of using SAP and Salesforce.
- Order accuracy is top priority with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and superior phone skills are required.
