We are looking for an Administrative Assistant based in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, or Rhode Island to join our Energy Efficiency Programs Team. As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for major North American utilities, program administrators and other national leaders in energy efficiency. This unique market opportunity, paired with Energy Solution's mission driven approach, creates a perfect environment for an individual who wants to have an active voice in shaping the nation's energy future.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Payee & user account creation: entering in information into our online website
  • Incentive claim review: reviewing attachments, data, and requirements for incentive claims
  • Bulk file creation
  • Formatting Excel spreadsheets and uploading to our online website
  • Support ad-hoc projects as directed by team supervisor

Minimum qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative or data entry experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in as a Claims Processor or similar role
  • BA or BS degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Business writing ability with strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management required
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, accountability, and ownership of assigned tasks
  • Ability to remain organized, give attention to detail, follow instructions and multi-task in a professional and effective manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A proven professional or personal commitment to the betterment of the environment and the reduction of GHGs is a plus but not required
  • Reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, or Rhode Island

Compensation is commensurate with experience within the pay band of $21 - $26/Hourly

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
