Invisible Narratives / INVIZ seeks a dynamic and experienced 3D/VFX Post Production Coordinator to lead and manage our post-production efforts across a variety of projects, including trailers, reels, commercials, social clips, animation, and VFX. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the 3D and VFX industry, coupled with excellent project management skills and a passion for high-quality content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage post-production projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of trailers, commercials, social clips, animation, and VFX.
  • Source, negotiate, and supervise 3D and VFX vendors, leveraging a strong network of industry relationships to bring the best talent to our projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and creative vision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3D and VFX vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Provide creative and technical input to enhance the quality and impact of post-production deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during post-production, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and creative teams, to align post-production efforts with overall strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in post-production, VFX, and 3D work.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing post-production projects, with a focus on trailers, commercials, social clips, animation, and VFX.
  • Strong network and rolodex of relationships within the 3D and VFX industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in sourcing and managing vendor relationships.
  • High attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control across all post-production deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in post-production, with a focus on VFX and 3D coordination.
