CARESTL HEALTH is a Non for Profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving St. Louis communities and school-based operations.


Position Summary:

The Outreach Supervisor leads initiatives and events promoting health center services and develops partnerships with community organizations. This position is grant-funded. This position has responsibility for demonstrating the core values of CareSTL Health: Customer Service, Community, Commitment, and Competence.

Essential Functions:

The following information is considered the definition of essential functions but does not restrict the takes that may be assigned. The Outreach Supervisor may be reassigned duties and responsibilities at any time due to reasonable accommodations or other staffing reasons. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Coordinates departmental reporting activities (review and submission).
  • Coordinates internal patient engagement events and collaborates with partners on community events and health fairs.
  • Develops short-term and long-range Eligibility and Enrollment operation, strategies, goals, and projections.
  • Develop a marketing strategy for Patient Engagement events and education specific to target audiences.
  • Oversees the daily operations of the Patient Engagement team including problem-solving leadership, maintaining departmental Standard Operation Procedures, and producing reports to monitor efficiency/productivity.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Requirements:

  • 2 years as a Supervisor or Team Leader required,
  • 2 years of customer service required, experience in clinical/medical environment preferred.
  • Must have Reliable Transportation and be personally insured.
  • Must be able to travel 50%.
  • Must be open to a flexible work schedule that may include some evenings and/or weekends as needed.

Additional Information:

  • Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • 11 paid holidays per year.
