 Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage effective sales strategies and initiatives
  • Lead the sales team at all levels companywide to achieve set, achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives nationwide
  • Establish, cultivate and maintain productive and professional business relationships with key personnel in current and prospective customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close national service agreements with customers, both commercial and residential accounts
  • Closely monitor, analyze and report on performance data and metrics
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform market research and identify new potential customers, new market opportunities and recruitment prospects
  • Supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaise and collaborate with the with the marketing, training and development and other relevant departments companywide to ensure brand and product/service uniformity
  • Stay current with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven work experience and track record as a National Sales Director
  • Experience managing a top performing sale team
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Team building and management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as position will require such
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Innovation and creativity
  • Keen knowledge of general sales processes and procedures to assist with business growth
Experience Requirements and other Qualifications: 
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in sales, business administration or relevant field.
  • Previously management experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.
