Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:
The Admin/Scanner position will oversee daily scanning, filing, and printing as needed by Management and our Accounting Team along with general Admin tasks. This person will be personable and positive, with great time management and organizational skills. This position requires someone who can work a flexible schedule. The position will be a Full-Time, Temporary position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently scan and organize invoice and backup documents into current filing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting and Customer Service Teams to maintain accurate records.
  • Escalate mistakes or discrepancies to Management for resolution.
  • Handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Positive and professional attitude towards management and coworkers
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with little to no supervision.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (i.e. Printer, Fax and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organization skills.
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday
  • Part -Time (Temp)
