Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the diverse shifts of logistics personnel, including warehouse staff and temporary workers.
  • Manage daily logistics activities, encompassing inbound and outbound processes, warehousing, and transportation, utilizing advanced ERP and WMS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations by monitoring training progress and adherence to OSHA standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss order completion and strategize for upcoming demands.

Inventory Control and Optimization:

  • Lead inventory management efforts through regular audits and strategies to address stock shortages and excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity within ERP and WMS systems.
  • Work with related departments to enhance lead times, order quantities, and delivery schedules for effective inventory management.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Management:

  • Direct order fulfillment processes, overseeing picking and packing to guarantee accurate product assembly and timely deliveries.
  • Organize additional deliveries as needed to ensure prompt order arrival.
  • Address logistics challenges, including product damages and system errors.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all logistics activities, including inventory management and shipment tracking.
  • Prepare scheduled review reports and project updates for leadership assessment.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or logistics operations.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, or similar systems is advantageous.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in data management and maintaining organized records.
  • Comprehensive understanding of logistics regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • OSHA 30-hour Certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
