Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and ensuring seamless communication with our shipping department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls in a timely and pleasant manner.
  • Process sales orders and enter orders into our inventory system.
  • Generate pick and packing lists to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Filing invoices on a daily basis to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the shipping department to coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in determining the most cost-effective shipping methods and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Enter shipping information into carrier databases to ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with our manufacturing team to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Provide backup support to the sales team as needed.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure all orders are shipped on time.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, catalog, website, customer mailings, and graphics as needed.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
