WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking a dedicated Office Engineer to join our Construction Management and Inspection team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Record progress meetings and prepare and distribute the minutes and agenda
•Prepare and distribute progress reports and status updates to project stakeholders
•Review pay items and prepare monthly estimates
•Collect and record inspector daily reports
•Develop and manage submittals along with a submittals log
•Collect and record payroll documents

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Knowledgeable of construction terminology
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
