Description du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Support talentueux/se pour rejoindre notre équipe de New York et travailler au sein de l'équipe d'accès aux marchés financiers de notre client.

Rôle et responsibilités

  • Exploiter, administrer et étendre une plateforme de 500 serveurs en direct, construite avec des technologies de pointe à latence réduite, connectée à plus de 40 places de marché et traitant de 10 à 30 millions d'ordres par jour ainsi qu'une quantité importante d'informations financières en temps réel.
  • Fournir une résolution rapide des problèmes et des demandes hautement techniques et spécifiques des utilisateurs.
  • Surveiller les performances, ajuster les processus et gérer des services d'acheminement d'ordres, de gestion des flux, de vérifications préalables aux transactions et de déclaration des transactions internes performants.
  • Apporter un soutien à plus de 100 traders américains opérant diverses stratégies sur une large gamme d'actifs.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Bourses et les Places de marché pour gérer la mise en œuvre de nouveaux services.
  • Collaborer avec les départements du monde entier.
  • Implémenter de nouvelles solutions d'accès aux marchés pour les initiatives commerciales.
Qualifications

Qualifications requises

  • Maîtrise de l'administration système Unix/Linux, y compris les techniques de dépannage et les langages de script (Shell, Python)
  • Bonne connaissance en réseau (TCP/IP, protocole FIX, routage, multidiffusion)
  • Windows : maintenance des tâches, vérification du réseau ou des lecteurs partagés, analyse de la mémoire
  • Base de données : MySQL, capacité à effectuer des requêtes simples

Éducation et expérience requises :

  • +5 ans dans un poste de support technique dans une banque d'investissement
  • Connaissance des produits d'actions et dérivés (options, warrants, contrats à terme, indices, ETF, etc.) et des marchés américains (bourses principales et ECN) est un atout

La fourchette de salaire pour ce rôle est de 70 000 $ à 140 000 $.
