Propósito de la Posición:

 

Coordinar y gestionar los requerimientos de operación de Armadoras y Corporativo Regional atendiendo los requerimientos del Cliente de Equipo Original y requerimientos del corporativo para la planificación y proveeduría del producto. Planear y asegurar el abastecimiento de producto terminado para OE con las fuentes de suministro con base al FCST de demanda para cada armadora; gestionar el ciclo de pedidos, desde el ingreso de las ordenes y trazabilidad en toda la cadena hasta su confirmación de entrega garantizando el cumplimiento de la misma.

Principales Actividades:

Mantener la operación diaria en todos los sistemas de planificación                                                                       

Analizar la demanda de los clientes e ingresar los pedidos para garantizar la entrega en tiempo y forma.                                                                                                                               

Coordinar la importación y exportación de llantas a otras Unidades de Negocios Regionales asegurando la aprobación y disponibilidad de producto de acuerdo a los potenciales de mercado y requerimientos demandados.                                                                                                   

Gestionar el ciclo de pedidos de canal equipo original (Desde el ingreso, hasta la entrega del producto)                                                                                                                                                                         

Seguimiento a entregas para armadoras manteniendo los estándares de servicio al cliente y tomando las acciones necesarias para la entrega en tiempo y forma.              

Proporcionar forecast de producto, seguimiento a los inventarios de los clientes, desplazamiento de producto (FIFO) y mantener los niveles de fill rate en óptimas condiciones.                                                                                                                               

Comunicación para mantener los estándares de calidad en el servicio y dar cumplimiento a los acuerdos comerciales y operativos establecidos en las negociaciones, acomodar solicitudes / cambios de última hora                                                                                                                 

Supervisar el éxito del ASN saliente                                                                                                                 

Coordinación y seguimiento a devoluciones de clientes                                                                                                                                                           

Actualizar la disponibilidad de producto en comunicación con el área de Planning                                                                                     

Verificación de vencimiento de producto en conjunto con el área de almacenes.                                                                                     

Conciliar prioridades y urgencias con Supply Chain                                                                                                                                             

Control de generación de SK                                                                                                   

Planear el ticket de importación y local con base en el Forecast de Ventas, el inventario de PT, el inventario en tránsito, las confirmaciones de las filiales, las OC colocadas y el Back Order para abastecer las necesidades de cada armadora.                                                                                                                                             

Elaborar y dar seguimiento al Rolling Forecast para identificar sobreinventario o posible desabastecimiento. Así mismo la creación de la política de inventarios de cada armadora y cumplimiento de la misma.                                                                                                   

Identificar los códigos con mayor variación entre el FCST y la Venta-Pedidos reales con el fin de considerar el ajuste previo a la planeación del suministro.                                                                                                   

Seguir la confirmación del pedido por parte de la fuente, ETD y ETA para asegurar el abastecimiento en tiempo y cantidad y dar visibilidad a los equipos involucrados (Ventas-Almacenes-Logística-Finanzas).                                                                                     

Examinar posibles fuentes de abastecimiento (plantas BS) en cuanto a line up y capacidad para ampliar las fuentes de abastecimiento de BSLAN.                                                                                                   

Controlar la calidad del Inventario, garantizando las coberturas de los diferentes canales de venta de acuerdo a la politica de inventario para evitar el desabasto.                                                                                                                 

Gestión de Devoluciones y Refacturación                                                                                                                               

Garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos y KPI's asignados (Inventory Turnover, Inventory Coverage, OTIF, OTOS, etc.)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

 

 

Requisitos:
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera a fin

Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio

Conocimiento técnico específico: Manejo de Excel (nivel intermedio a avanzado)/ Manejo de SAP

Experiencia Indispensable: Experiencia en la proveeduría de armadoras.

Experiencia Deseable: LSCM, Customer Service & Order Management
