Compensation:

$22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Starting Out/Learning Phase:

  • Ensure all Metro Water Permits, Excavation Permits, NDOT Closures, and 811s are requested or current and up to date.
  • Print Paid Invoices.
  • File Field Paperwork (Receipts, Daily Work Sheets, Pick Up Slips) By Job Site.
  • Ensure Blank Field Paperwork (Blank Forms) is ordered.
  • Pick Up Blank Field Paperwork (Blank Forms) from the Printers.
  • Translate & Log Daily Worksheets.
  • Filing All Equipment Logs.
  • Log & File Gas Receipts.
  • Log Credit Card Receipts for Equipment Expenses.
  • Occasionally, I go into the field to pick up paperwork or drop paperwork off (Deliver Bonus Checks, Pick up Daily Work Sheets, Deliver New Work Apparel).


Later On/Developing Out:

  • Filling out Paperwork for New Vendor Accounts.
  • Working with the Scheduling Application to Obtain Weekly Time Clock Report.
  • Exporting and Filing Weekly Time Clock Sheet.
  • Quick Books.
Qualifications:
  • Timeliness is a Must.
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills for Composing Emails.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills, preferably Bi-Lingual (Espanol).
  • Has a Keen Eye for Detail.
  • Enjoys Working in A Quiet Environment at a Slow and Steady Pace.
  • Able to Take Direction and then Perform Task Independently.
  • Must Be Able to Manipulate all Microsoft Products including Excel, Gmail, Word, Acrobat, Google Docs, Google Drives, etc.
  • Must be able to Troubleshoot General Office Equipment Such as Printers, Scanners, etc.
  • Watching Phone Videos or Listening to Music via Headphones is not permitted During Working Hours. Your Phone will Be turned to Vibrate.
