NewtekOne is looking for a Strategic Account Manager.

The Strategic Account Manager will support the Regional Vice President in various tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and gaining hands-on experience in the sales process. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance to a Regional Vice President role in the future.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned as needed):

• Assist the Regional Vice President with phone calls and meeting scheduling.
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations and expenses.
• Develop a strong understanding of the business and its operations.
• Actively participate in the sales process and engage with prospects.
• Provide support in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• On-boarding of new partners and provide regular follow-up and workshops with existing partners.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Basic knowledge of sales, finance, and marketing, ideally supported by relevant academic background.
• Comfortable with travel and speaking on camera to clients. Experience with client interactions and public speaking.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus.

College degree in Finance or Marketing preferred.

Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
