As the business grows, we are seeking smart, creative, and experienced individuals to join our talented team 

KREWE is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented independent Sales Representative to join our Wholesale sales team.

Job responsibility:

  • Sales Objectives: Achieve volume and net sales targets for the KREWE product portfolio.
  • Growth Implementation: Drive growth by implementing KREWE's sustainable sales model with strategic customers.
  • Call Cycle Management: Develop and follow an effective call cycle to maintain desired service frequency for KREWE customer accounts, ensuring net sales objectives are met.
  • Visual Merchandising Standards: Ensure that brand visual merchandising standards are consistently met, refresh displays, and effectively utilize POP materials.
  • Customer Training: Use all brand materials to conduct regular staff training for customers, reinforcing product knowledge and ensuring consistent brand messaging to consumers.
  • Customer Base Cultivation: Strengthen relationships with existing customers while partnering with the local sales team to identify and engage new potential customers in the market.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrate strong team player qualities.
  • Positive & Motivated: Exhibit a positive attitude and self-motivation, with a process-oriented approach and high attention to detail.

Territory
Southern California, NV, AZ

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 of wholesale sales experience including prior experience in eyewear
  • Previous outside territory sales experience is a plus.
  • Motivated team player with proven sales ability to meet and exceed specified sales targets
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Competitive spirit with a desire to grow both personally and professionally
  •  Exudes a positive, energetic, and can-do anything attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
  • Must live in the territory

Compensation:

  • Full-time base salary plus commission
