The Regional Director will be assigned to a geographic location to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. Traveling is essential for this role (50%) and may require more than 40 hours per week.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely, constructive, and builds teams with high morale and high efficiency.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the Program Managers.
  • Oversee Disciplinary Actions and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Handles discipline and termination of assigned employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Hires and trains new employees as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Comply with Carolina Therapeutic Services, Inc. policies and procedures.
  • Obtain 4 co-locations per quarter and work with Program Managers and Case Managers to build MOU, maintain relationship, and continue flow of referrals.
  • Oversee the full-cycle of referrals from intake to discharge and produce appropriate reports to IL Assistant State Director.
  • Strategize on capturing productivity (billable hours), oversee maintenance of target hours in assigned site(s), and provide appropriate reports to the IL Assistant State Director.
  • Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
  • Monitor and review incident reports.
  • Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
  • Works alongside Clinical Director and coordinates with other support departments such as, but not limited to, human resources, marketing, and finance to ensure successful production operations.
  • Develop 1 CTS-hosted event per quarter.
  • Oversee PSR Department and events.
  • Attend provider fairs, if applicable.
  • Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division to carry out CTSHEALTH’s Strategic Plan.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
  • Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organization's business plan and vision.
  • Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
  • Establishes and administers the department's budget.
  • Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership.
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
  • Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.
  • Participate in state and local audits.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned by supervisor.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service field, or related field combined with 2 years of human services experience required; master’s in human services field preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish or Polish, a plus
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience building and maintaining business partnerships
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
