Our client is a well-regarded boutique executive search firm in Charlotte. Due to growth, this seasoned team is looking to add a recruiter. Ideally, the candidate would have 3+ years of executive search recruiting experience, proven research and sourcing skills, and some client relations experience. They are a generalist firm focusing on searches globally. Many searches are in Higher Education, Non-Profit, and PE/VC Firms, among others, with an average fee size of $80K+. You will partner with a strong group of peers in a collaborative environment. In year one, you will be expected to sell/close three searches.
Our client offers a competitive compensation package, including a base or draw option with uncapped commissions (not a bonus based on team performance). Their benefits are exceptional, with healthcare coverage (75% company paid), 20 days PTO and 10 Holidays a year, and a 401K plan with up to 5% match. They also offer Profit Sharing, a testament to their commitment to rewarding their employees' hard work and dedication.
