Role: Executive Assistant
Location: Daniel Island, SC
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a CEO/Founder. With a minimum of 10 years of experience working with senior executives, you will anticipate needs, manage schedules, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office. You will be a trusted confidant and a vital link between the executive and various internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with minimal direction.
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively manage their workload, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
- Compose and proofread professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and presentations.
- Organize and manage internal and external communications, screening calls, managing email flow, and acting as a point of contact for the executive.
- Prepare for and attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Conduct research and compile reports on relevant industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Oversee office administration tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Discretion, tact, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
