YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Our Lead Product Specialist is important to our short- and long-term success, overseeing our sales efforts and doing your part to deliver excellent customer experiences Showcasing your knowledge about our equipment and services, you manage personalized customer demonstrations, host open houses, and build connections with customers at trade shows. You demonstrate the features and benefits of our agriculture products, providing client training and helping people pick the best equipment for their needs.

You're a capable leader who can coach and guide your team in achieving their goals. Attentively, you analyze performance for knowledge gaps and support management in developing relevant training. You also monitor competitor products and pricing, offering suggestions to protect our standing in the market.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • Ability to safely mount, dismount, hook up, transport, and operate heavy equipment
  • Knowledge about current agricultural issues
  • Proficiency with computerized sales tools and reports
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Management skills and an ability to strengthen customer relationships
  • Strong math skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, squat, and lift regularly

Agricultural experience or a bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field would be preferred.
