Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage one of our Agile Product teams. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors in the design, development, and testing of a combined hardware/software solution for operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a SAFE Agile Product team in support of product team execution
  • Assist the existing leadership team with vetting, hiring, staffing, and building strong teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies to drive team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional experience in software/hardware development and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with complex and sensitive personnel matters, including staffing and employee development
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

Desired Skills

  • Experience with C++/C programming and hardware/software development
  • Knowledge of Cost Account Management and Earned Value
  • Familiarity with C2, TT&C, Relay Software, and Mission Management
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Lean thinking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
