Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the assembly and production of our advanced pasteurization systems. This role will also encompass various warehouse responsibilities, including inventory management and order preparation for dispatch. The ideal candidate will possess experience in assembly tasks and be proficient with hand tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production team to effectively assemble and repair machinery.
- Provide assistance with service inquiries, primarily through troubleshooting over the phone.
- Execute warehouse operations, including the picking and packaging of customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in both the production area and warehouse.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least two years of relevant experience in production or assembly.
- Strong aptitude for ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Proficient in logical reasoning and intermediate mathematics.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to meet production targets in a dynamic work setting.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Capability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrical component assembly.
- Warehouse experience is advantageous, including forklift operation.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $25.19 per hour, subject to adjustment based on various factors including experience and skills.
