We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our growing team Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with our senior leadership team to identify and engage top-tier talent for our most complex and critical searches across all business functions including product, data science, business operations, software engineering, legal, people operations, growth marketing, finance, and more. This is a full-time contract position, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment contingent on outstanding performance. How you will make an impact:
Source top talent for senior and executive-level roles across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations
Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other niche community platforms
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market intelligence to continuously improve on sourcing strategies and best practices
Who you are:
You excel at identifying and attracting top talent by crafting compelling outreach messages and employing innovative and unconventional methods to find and engage exceptional candidates
You are a high achiever and are always raising the bar for yourself and for those around you.
You have a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in creating effective boolean strings and are passionate about continuously improving on your craft
You are as comfortable operating within defined parameters as you are with a high degree of ambiguity.
Ideal profile:
5+ years of experience sourcing top talent, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment across a variety of functions
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple searches simultaneously
Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
