This is Hourly Paid Job ( US- Remote) Handling clients over calls.
Client Advocate Job SummaryThe Client Advocate is responsible for providing support to clients by responding to their inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving issues. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the client and our company, and strives to ensure that the client is satisfied with the services provided. The successful candidate works with internal teams to ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Client Advocate Duties and Responsibilities- Respond and resolve all client inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist clients in navigating the company's products and services
- Provide support for any technical issues
- Identify and escalate any potential issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Track and document all client interactions
- Communicate client feedback to internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
