About the Job:
This role serves as the Project Executive for all jobs in which they participate. Overall project financial control is required, including cost spreads/estimates, cost reports, overall profitability, and change orders. Responsible for operational control of all initiatives involved. In-depth understanding of each project's weekly work progress to ensure effective resource allocation throughout the whole firm. This job will involve coaching and supervising Project Managers and Engineers, as well as having ultimate accountability for these initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Preparing/reviewing Cost Spread
- Contract/Subcontract Review and Evaluation
- The executive contact for GC is responsible for monitoring change orders and collections.
- Schedule value development and participate in project buyout and vendor evaluation.
- Weekly project reviews and updates with the project team.
- Monthly Directors Meeting Attendance
- Deep understanding of ongoing project activities
- Early project planning involves sequencing, scheduling, and resource planning.
- GC Relations
- In-depth understanding and cooperation in precise cost forecasts
- Monthly Management Safety Audits and Mentoring Project Team Members, including PM, PE, and Operations Manager
- Resolving project issues

Education/Experience/Attributes/Requirements
- Experience in project setup, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting is essential.
- 15+ years of experience
- Complete understanding of construction principles/practices is essential.
- Comprehensive grasp of critical path scheduling.
- Successfully handled many self-perform concrete projects with positive results.
- Experience managing a successful project team, including employee development and maintaining partnerships with other entities.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with an adaptive and flexible attitude while working with different sorts of people.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
- Energetic and driven, with a strong feeling of urgency.
