Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking events and industry conferences.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the insurance industry.

Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey key messages and build relationships.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with clients, partners, and colleagues in a professional and engaging manner.

Goal-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and business objectives.
