Position: Sourcing Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Generate and implement efficient sourcing strategies based on company need
  • Implement formal supplier onboarding and evaluation process
  • Review and audit current partners, suppliers, and supply chains to identify risks and opporunities
  • In collaboration with the product development team, identify partners for new and existing products
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in areas of material resource usage within the company's control
  • Discover and partner with trustworthy and capable manufacturers
  • Continued understanding of company's operation needs
  • Negotiate pricing and secure profitable deals
  • Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
  • Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes
  • Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expediture

What you need:

  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Manager
  • Bilingual: Spanish required
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
  • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
  • Ability to travel at least once per quarter required

Based out of our San Antonio, Texas, Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Status: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30am - 4:30pm
