Job Summary: The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and transmitting client orders for background screening to the next processing stage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review orders submitted by clients to ensure accurate ordering of services
  • Review and interpret incoming search results from a variety of sources and in various formats to determine whether the information is reportable
  • Order searches and services on backgrounds in accordance with client instructions and company protocol
  • Participate in any required seminars, classes, and/or courses that are relevant to the position including FCRA Basic Certification.
  • Must be willing to learn company products and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • This is a production job where high quality and high volume of completed work is expected
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Education/Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Required: Minimum one year of data entry and/or related experience
  • Preferred: One year experience working in background industry
