Job Description

As a Manufacturing Process Specialist at Kronos Consulting, you will be responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes in industrial plants. Your goal will be to maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet product specifications.
  • Analyze and optimize plant layouts to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure manufacturing goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
