Report Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Report Processing Specialist to join our team at Forvis Mazars, LLP. As a key member of our internal firm services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth preparation and review of documents.
Key Responsibilities- Format and edit Microsoft Word and Excel document content provided by engagement teams
- Ensure documents are consistently prepared and participate in a review process to incorporate feedback
- Provide administrative support, including backing up the receptionist as needed and performing general office duties
- Assist with correspondence and other administrative tasks for partners and managers
- Two years or more of experience in a professional office environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
