About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Report Processing Specialist to join our team at Forvis Mazars, LLP. As a key member of our internal firm services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth preparation and review of documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Format and edit Microsoft Word and Excel document content provided by engagement teams
  • Ensure documents are consistently prepared and participate in a review process to incorporate feedback
  • Provide administrative support, including backing up the receptionist as needed and performing general office duties
  • Assist with correspondence and other administrative tasks for partners and managers
Requirements
  • Two years or more of experience in a professional office environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
