Summary:

The primary function of this position is to supervise and coordinate the workflow within the Packaging and Manufacturing departments. Prepare work schedules, assign work, and oversee the work in progress. Provide training for employees and ensure proper quality control and productivity levels are maintained in the department.


Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday- Friday | 3:30PM - 12:00AM 


Who you are:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Teambuilding experience preferred
  • Demonstrate a friendly training style
  • Mechanical background preferred
  • Previous manufacturing and production experience or equivalent required


Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in management or leadership capacity. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above.
