Our operations extend across multiple states, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to homeowners, businesses, and government entities alike.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance operational efficiency by driving improvements in delivery timelines, lead times, inventory management, and production workflows.
- Collect and verify essential information from sales and construction teams to facilitate manufacturing orders.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing & Logistics Manager, Assistant Manager of Production Planning, and sign shop supervisors to pinpoint areas for growth and enhancement.
- Generate and distribute daily reports detailing shipped orders, completions, and projected completion dates for pending orders.
- Schedule fabrication tasks based on work center capabilities and personnel skills.
- Maintain alternative production routes to manage equipment overloads or outages.
- Adjust production schedules to prioritize expedited orders as necessary.
- Assess and establish necessary inventory levels to ensure responsiveness to short lead-time demands while optimizing longer production runs to minimize costs.
Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant planning or scheduling experience, or equivalent educational background, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MRP systems is essential. Familiarity with construction ERP systems, particularly Vista, is advantageous.
