THE BASICS:

We offer competitive compensation, with a pay range of $18.00 - $19.25 per hour, and provide a stimulating, collaborative work environment. We also offer excellent benefits such as a $300 signing bonus, ongoing training, health benefits for full-time positions, and a 401(k) plan.

As a Caregiving Support Professional, your commitment extends to our clients, and so does our commitment to you. Your schedule for this part-time role will consist of the following shifts:

  • Monday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CAREGIVING SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL:

Your role as a Caregiving Support Professional is pivotal in facilitating the growth and independence of individuals with disabilities. Every day presents an opportunity to apply your problem-solving prowess, organizational skills, and creativity to ensure the well-being of our clients. You will provide one-on-one support, assist with daily living activities, and ignite social and recreational engagement. From offering personal care and hygiene assistance to curating safe and supportive environments, you will build meaningful, enduring relationships while elevating the quality of life for those we serve. Your daily efforts are instrumental in creating better futures for our clients.
