Key Responsibilities:Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the development and implementation of event plans and timelines.
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Manage event registrations and attendee communications.
- Support the creation and distribution of event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
On-Site Event Support:
- Assist with event setup and teardown.
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide on-site support to attendees, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Administrative Duties:
