Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for the following.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack items for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks.
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed.
Must Haves:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
