ABOUT LUPI ORTHODONTICS

Lupi Orthodontics has been improving smiles in the Stafford area since 1994, and we have no plans of stopping anytime soon We use sophisticated technology to apply and maintain braces and Invisalign aligners as well as diagnose issues causing sleep apnea. Our orthodontic practice is the only full-time one in the area, so we go above and beyond for our patients when it comes to flexibility with scheduling and payment. While we love the work we do, building relationships with clients and seeing their happiness grow over time are truly what makes everything worth it.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your smiling face greets every patient who visits our practice. You are a friendly, helpful person who helps schedule and coordinate appointments for our patients. Your daily duties include answering phones, interacting with patients, and managing the schedule. When a new patient joins our practice, you collect their personal information, verify their insurance, and get them on the schedule to see our doctor.

After every appointment, you ensure payment Is in place and schedule future visits. At the end of each day, you lightly tidy the office and perform the necessary closing tasks. Occasionally, you attend marketing and promotion events where your lively energy attracts more patients to our practice. You take pride in helping people improve their smiles and confidence


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate over the phone

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

This customer service position typically works the following shifts: Monday 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Wednesday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, and Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional Saturday shifts from 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
