THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE, CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN DESIGNATED STATE.

Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of their mission, building strong relationships and driving the adoption of their platform. This role is designed for those who are not only skilled in sales but are also passionate advocates for customer-centric solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Build Relationships: Instantly connect with clients by focusing on their needs rather than our products. Your ability to listen and empathize will set the foundation for lasting partnerships.
  • Master Communication: Deliver your thoughts rapidly and clearly, organizing them in a way that resonates with and engages your audience.
  • Customer-Centric Selling: Shift discussions from our product's features to how these features benefit the client, always prioritizing their perspective and needs.
  • Embrace Challenges: Be prepared to make numerous cold calls daily, face rejections, and learn complex software. This role is challenging, but it is crucial to our collective success.
  • Solution-Oriented Interactions: Ask pertinent questions and listen intently before speaking to understand fully and respond to client needs effectively.
  • Optimistic Persuasion: Skillfully transform objections into endorsements, demonstrating the unique value of our solutions even in challenging situations.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: At least 2 years in B2B SaaS sales and experience in dealing with small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Strategic Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional Time Management: Superior organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts through the entire sales cycle.
  • Communication Prowess: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and intellectual curiosity with a willingness to adapt to the fast-paced evolution of a growing startup.
