Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.

Sales Development: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within the existing client base.

Policy Analysis: Analyze client policies to recommend adjustments or additional coverage as needed.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports on sales activities and performance metrics.


Requirements

Licensure: Active Florida Insurance License 440 ,220 or 215 a must to apply. .Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Client Focus: Dedication to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.Local Presence: Must be based in Jacksonville, Florida for in-office work.Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster positive relationships.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software systems and tools.
