We are seeking a team oriented, organized, professional Front Desk Administrative Assistant.

Under the direct supervision of the Division Manager, this position provides administrative support for the divisions office. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, this person will perform duties such as record keeping, data entry, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Answers phones and administer confidential and sensitive information. Interacts with a diverse group of external and internal customers and visitors at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize workload.

This is an hourly non-exempt position that is eligible for overtime. Range: $18.00 per hour up to $22.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting external customers, vendors, and potential new hires
  • Assist Project Managers/Management with office tasks
  • Keep up-to-date and current on all the filing.
  • Retrieves information from files when needed.
  • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
  • Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Answers phones, takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
  • Works in cooperation with other staff to cover phones.
  • Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
  • Run errands as applicable
  • Ordering and organizing office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two or more years of related work experience
  • Construction industry experience STRONGLY preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
