Position:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with homeowners through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to discuss the sale of their properties.
  • Build rapport and trust with homeowners to facilitate successful property acquisitions.
  • Conduct property evaluations and assessments to determine market value and potential investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements with homeowners to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and operations to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all homeowner interactions, negotiations, and property details.
  • Meet daily targets of 50 homeowner conversations and achieve a minimum of 2 successful property purchases per week.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and risks.


Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in direct-to-consumer with proven success.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent empathetic and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and driven.
  • Excellent work ethic.


Compensation:

  • $2,000 - $3,000 + commission structure of 8-12%
  • Expected first year earnings $72,000
