Who We Are:

The Atlanta Community Food Bank is working to end hunger in our community with the food, people and big ideas needed so that no one worries where their next meal is coming from. Since 1979, we’ve been providing food for a growing network of nonprofit partners – including food pantries, community kitchens, childcare centers, night shelters and senior centers. We currently serve more than 700 partners in 29 counties across metro Atlanta and north Georgia.

Where You’ll Work:

Network Growth / Partner Relations

About the Role:

This role is responsible for implementing our learning cohort through transforming access together. The Learning Cohort is comprised of group of 10 Food Bank partners who share their experiences and work together to co-create tools that support each other in discovering, developing, and implementing neighbor-centered practices. • Track prototype (Action/tool/tactic) implementation that supports the organization neighbor-centered practices

  • Track and notate any cohort(s) changes on our internal and external platform(s).

  • Support execution of a piece of our strategic framework (Transforming Access Together)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the team and across departments to proactively address issues and troubleshoot problems

  • Organize, maintain, and document processes

  • Assist partners with understanding timeframes, forms/application deadlines and the overall grant process

  • Track impact metrics
