- Oversee unit financial records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate unit human resources administration, including transaction processing, time reporting, and records maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate direct administrative support to unit management, organizing and supervising unit records management functions.
- Coordinate unit purchasing activities, including preparation of purchasing documents, ordering and maintaining supplies.
- Schedule and organize meetings and other events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four to five years of job-related experience.
- Strong customer service, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and ability to switch between tasks.
- Ability to interact with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
- Experience with supporting hosted events.
- A competitive salary range of $53,687 to $73,016.00 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
