Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $16-$20/hour

The Body Shop Valet greets customers as they arrive, shuttles vehicles to and from the technician bays, and supports the Body Shop with fulfilling duties as requested by the Body Shop Manager.

To do this well, the Body Shop Porter must display great work ethics and project a "can do" attitude. This entry level role provides great exposure to all areas of the Body Shop and Service Department. The Body Shop Porter will sometimes be the first and last impression on our guests, so their dedication to safe driving and providing an optimal customer experience is key.

What You’ll Do:

  • Shuttles vehicles from the service dive to the technician bay
  • Assists Sales Valets with cleaning and washing vehicles on the dealership lot
  • Transports, aligns and parks vehicles safely and orderly on the dealership lot
  • Guides vehicles through the car wash
  • Maintains the appearance of the dealership
  • Provides assistance as directed by the body shop manager

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Clear speaking and strong listening skills
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently or with others
  • Experience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus.
  • Exceptional commitment to safety
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude
  • Body Shop experience a plus
  • Quality Control post repairs a plus
