Job Summary

As a Service Valet at Irvine Auto Retail IV LLC, you will play a vital role in creating a exceptional service experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guest vehicles are washed and handled with excellent care, while maintaining a positive and attentive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers with a friendly and upbeat attitude, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Controls service traffic flow and parking, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Determines if customers have an appointment and records their information accordingly.
  • Assists service advisors as needed, providing exceptional support to our team.
  • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, and snow.
  • Places vehicle interior protection in each vehicle, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Tags keys and places mirror tags in all vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Moves vehicles to appointed parking areas and ensures all windows are up and all vehicles are locked.
  • Adheres to all customer service processes, providing a consistent and exceptional experience for our guests.
  • Brings customers' vehicles to the front of the service drive when directed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Ensures customers' vehicles are free of dirt and grease from their service visit, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Guides vehicles through the car wash, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Performs light lifting duties as needed, demonstrating a willingness to assist and support the team.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability, with a strong commitment to being present and available to our guests.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, ensuring safe and responsible transportation of our guests' vehicles.
  • Experience driving a range of vehicles, with a manual transmission a plus.
  • Exceptional commitment to safety, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean and safe service drive area.
  • Strong sense of accountability, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility for one's actions.
  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • An eye for presentation and detail, with a focus on maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
